Each year, the College of Europe accepts students who wish to study at post-graduate level at its campuses in Bruges, Belgium or Natolin, Poland. The College offers a number of European-focused postgraduate programmes taught through English and French in an international environment that gives students a chance to experience broad linguistic and cultural diversity.
Each year, the Irish Department of Education and Skills provides a number of scholarships to Irish students who wish to study at the college. These scholarships offer an excellent opportunity for Irish students and graduates who are interested in working in Europe to develop their knowledge and skills and to have a unique study abroad experience. For the past three years, European Movement (EM) Ireland has administered the application process to the College on behalf of the Department. the deadline for applications from students who wish to apply for the 2016-2017 academic year has now passed.
Students interested in applying for a position in the College of Europe should visit the College’s website at www.coleurope.eu and select the Masters programme which they would like to undertake. Full details of admission requirements for each of the programmes are available from this website. Simply complete an online application and submit this, along with a number of supplementary documents including a CV, academic transcripts, letters of recommendation, to both the Irish National Selection Committee (c/o European Movement Ireland, Dublin) and the College of Europe Admissions Office in Belgium by the annual deadline. Shortlisted candidates are called for interview in March/April of the relevant year.
