Copies of latest of edition of EM Ireland’s Green Book are now available from our Dublin office.
The Green Book provides practical tips and useful information on how to get an internship in the EU. Chapter 1 offers a detailed look at all of the internships available with the European Institutions and Agencies while pportunities in private organisations are also listed along with advice on writing the perfect CV and Cover Letter and completing a Europass CV. For those people already successful in the stage application process, Chapter 2 of The Green Book offers a guide to life in Brussels, while Chapter 3 provides information to help interns (or ‘stagiaires’ as they are called in the European system) to find a more permanent position there.
The Green Book was launch in Ireland by Minister of State for European Affairs, Lucinda Creighton TD, at the GradIreland Careers Fair on Wednesday 10 October, and in Brussels by Deputy Permanent Representative, Ambassador Tom Hanney, at our bi-annual Brussels Connection event on 15 October.
