In the Foreign Affairs Council, Ireland is represented by Minister for Foreign Affairs, Eamon Gilmore TD, and Minister of State for European Affairs, Lucinda Creighton TD.
This meeting is an informal meeting in preparation for the May Foreign Affairs Council summit and the September review of the MDGs at the UN.
